"XXX is our last son at university. His three older brothers had a varied experience of student accommodation from a freezing semi-derelict tenement in Stirling to an ex-council slum in the rough end of Leamington Spa. What a contrast with Cable Street.
The quality of accommodation alone was remarkable but we started to relise there was something even more special when the team you laid on helped us move xxx into flat xx last year. Then we heard all about the drinks, parties, football teams and everything else you provide for the community - an outstanding contribution to student life and well being.
Your students will also have learned a lot from how you run your business. I just hope that they take good care of the place.
